This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of products purchased from EVO Pad Point Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) via our website at www.evopadpointltd.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship our premium desk essentials—including desk mats, mouse pads, and coasters—to addresses within Canada and the continental United States. We are unable to ship to international destinations, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after we receive your order and confirmed payment. This time is required to prepare your items, which include carefully packaged desk mats, mouse pads, and coaster sets, for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. The following shipping options are available:
- Standard Shipping (Canada & Continental US): 5-10 business days.
- Express Shipping (Canada & Continental US): 2-5 business days.
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs (for US orders), weather, or incorrect shipping information.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for oversized or heavy items.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Order Issues & Incorrect Addresses
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipment will require a new payment for shipping fees.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one is available to sign, no secure location), the carrier will typically leave a notice. It is your responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions for pickup or redelivery. Packages returned to us due to failed delivery will be subject to a reshipping fee.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: EVO Pad Point Ltd. is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location is specified.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emberdrifter@evopadpointltd.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (US Orders)
For orders shipped to the United States, you, as the recipient, are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes that may be levied once your shipment reaches its destination country. EVO Pad Point Ltd. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We mark all international shipments as “merchandise” and declare the full value of the contents.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time you place your order will govern that order.
