By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for items under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be accepted.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Opened or used desk mats and mouse pads.
- Coasters that have been unpacked or used.
- Any item not in its original, saleable condition.
**3. Important: “Refund Only” (i.e., Return Without Sending the Item Back) Is Not Permitted
A core principle of our policy is that we do not offer “refund only” options. We do not process refunds unless the physical item is returned to us and received at our facility for inspection. This measure is in place to protect our business from fraudulent claims and to ensure a fair process for all customers. Requests for a refund without a corresponding return will be declined.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within the 30-day window, email our customer service team at emberdrifter@evopadpointltd.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt.
5. Refund Process
- Timing: Upon successful inspection of the returned item, we will initiate your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at purchase.
- Deductions: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to a change of mind or non-defective issue, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us in exceptional cases) may be deducted from your refund.
- Credit Appearancce: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, subject to availability. The process follows the same return steps above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the requested exchange item. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for the new item.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact us immediately at emberdrifter@evopadpointltd.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and, upon receipt and confirmation, promptly send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs). For such cases, the “no refund only” rule does not apply only after we have verified the issue and received the faulty/incorrect item back.
